Sr Director I, Modeling and Measurement

We are looking for a candidate who is an expert in gathering research and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Serve as the Insights SME and Hub, stewarding actionable insights, understanding and utilizing insights resources, developing primary research, and leading Business Performance & Insights Sharing.
  • Lead Insights and Situation Assessment for Operating Unit planning, contributing to the development of Annual Business Planning (ABP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP), and advise senior leadership.
  • Lead the creation and execution of custom research driven by strategic customer needs.
  • Serve as resident Futurist and support the team in working with a Futures Thinking mindset.
  • Maintain and improve business intelligence tools to democratize data access across the division.
  • Contribute to custom analyses using internal and syndicated sources to provide insights and fact-based points of view on key business and strategic issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field, Masters preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, insights, brand, customer, business intelligence, and/or guest research. Experience in data-driven decision making and analytics.
  • Strong business and consumer insights: Ability to identify a consumer or customer problem worth solving or an opportunity worth investing in.
  • Excellent design solutions: Ability to recommend strategic focus areas to address business problems and opportunities, in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Proficient in horizon scanning: Continuously monitors business and macro environments for impact to strategy.
  • Exceptional data-driven storytelling: Ability to consolidate data, analyze for insight, and translate into a clear and compelling story.
  • Strategic priority management: Ability to utilize both external and internal learning to adapt existing solutions to address emerging business opportunities.
  • System leadership and alignment: Ability to develop explicit plans to ensure profitability at scale by prioritizing shared value and aligned interests with System partners.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and enhancing business intelligence tools in PowerBI.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use data platforms (e.g., CCV Harmoni) to obtain and analyze relevant information.

Pay Range:$189,000 - $217,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
